Because this site may contain proprietary RTEBB information it is only accessible to RTEBB customers connected to the RTEBB Network. To access the RTEBB Customer Care Center customers can go to the address http://support.rtebb.net from any RTEBB connected computer.

If you are not able to access the RTEBB Customer Care Center and need support you are welcome to call 303-849-5000 and leave a detailed message for 24/7 Support.

If your call involves phone service outage and you have a cordless phone please try unplugging the cordless phone to make sure it is not the source of your problem before you call for service.
